RENT COLLECTION

Mento Real Estate takes the hassle and worry off of owners by directly collecting rental payment from the tenant. We ensure tenant's have access to their portal for a conveinant and easy way to pay the monthly rent.

FINANCIAL REPORTING

Mento Real Estate owner's are given access to an owner portal that provides them with real time portfolio balances. A detailed expense report is also provided at the end of each year. 

TENANT SCREENING

Mento Real Estate conducts extensive tenant screening on every applicant and handles every aspect in placing an approved applicant in your rental property in as short amount of time as possible.

MAINTENANCE

Mento Real Estate conducts move in/out inspections of every property as well as quarterly previews to verify there are no maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We strive to address all maintenance issues in a timely manner while keeping an open dialogue with both owner's and tenant's.

COMMUNICATION

Mento Real Estate understands the importance of communication which is why access to the owner portal provides real time information to mainteance requests, balances, documents, and important information. Mento Real Estate staff is always ready, willing, and able to answer any comments, questions, or concerns.
